Well you can't trade money in a normal steam trade. You have to do a paypal transaction and then trade for the item. It is very risky and I don't recommend you do it.
It's possible, but it's unlikely to actually happen.

You'll just loose your items.
ill copy and paste the message
Please don't.
if you accept trade offer from Trade HassanItani[leb] you will recive a 170$ steam wallet on your
profile.

Wallet will be added in same moment when you accept trade offer from HassanItani[Leb].

if your steam wallet is disabled becuse you didn't buy anything from steam store,
steam wallet will be unlock automatically.

Steam Guard: Your account will be credited the amount of 116€, the money will be available after the exchange.

if you refuse, the Exchange amount will be refunded to the buyer. Sincerely
administration of the steamcommunity.

Here is what will happen:
* You send your stuff to them.
* They then remove you and you have lost your items.
* You cry to everyone about being scammed
* You will be ridiculed for being so stupid

I know a dude who got scammed like this. Moral is don't do it.

Check my notes above dude.
Clearly a scam. It's so incredibly obvious too. You want to sell an unusual then just use the community market here. Not some crap link.
