The Hackers are getting old...
Everyone can become one... and they use Sniper and an aimbot hack and identified as being 'noobs' at TF2 and many dominations. Valve needs to fix this is what I am getting at. VAC update pls. Btw this was an Official Valve server.

Seems so. Haven't even set up their Steam Profile yet.

VAC works on a delayed system. It usually takes about a week or so for VAC to ban someone after it detects a hack. Sadly, since Valve servers don't have admins, and that TF2 is F2P, hackers can be a real problem. I'd suggest finding a good community server with admins or even SourceMod banning system that bans hackers instantly. Otherwise, just go to a different server, is all you can really do.

OP likely had the displeasure of having to play against a skilled Sniper, and got mad and called h4x.
I don't blame him though, a good Sniper can really be a pain in the ass :I

Hackers are cool and normal. There should be a TF2 class called "Hacker" and all he does is aimbot everyone.

Sometimes I'm quite good as sniper, Headshot kill quota about 75%, and some more Headshots that don't finish off, however noone called me a hacker, even when I topscored 3 rounds in a row.

On the other hand, I've seen snipers with 100% headshots, killing cloaked spies, knowing when people are coming around a corner, and noone called them hackers. People just don't know when people are actually hacking.

Yea, I too am starting to believe OP is just a victim of pro players.

Here's a tip for spotting aimbots:

1.) Go Spy

2.) Cloak

3.) Approach the suspicious player.

If he heashots you while you're fully cloaked and he had no idea you were there, he is probably hacking.

This is only circumstantial evidence of hackers, and they'd have to be quite consistent to be a cause for suspicion. I've done both of these things plenty of times without hacking, and people with very good game sense are often mistaken for cheaters when they might just be very experience and possibly using a good gaming system.

Every cloaked spy?
Always fully charged headshot when someone comes around corner? (instantly)
Doing Headshots even when aiming nowhere near the body?

That's not circumstantial. It's easy to spot a cheater though when spectating him, at least for me.

Cheaters aren't usually that obvious because they don't have the programming skills to make their own cheats which means they've got to pay someone else to design the cheats for them. This obviously means cheaters are going to try their best to not get caught, which is why it's not usually easy to know if a person is cheating, or if it's just because the person has thousands of hours of game time.

I know what you mean, the last time I played, some heavy was using aimbot on a valve server. He was kicked very fast because it was too obvious.

I could see this as a big problem because the hackers have no real barrier, they can cheat away for a week & when they get banned from vac they make a new account.

Basically, you don't have to worry too much about it because you can't really do anything.

Just spectate the player, most of the time you can see if it's legit or not. Looking at the profile can be additional help. No friends/80% VAC ban friends? Fresh profile? Private profile? No profile set up?
