There is no 'team' in Team fortress 2

The title says it all, this game has lost all concept of a balenced and fun game.

Teamwise

No one ever goes medic because 'hurr you can't get kills'. Usually every server I go to no one sticks together as a team and gets picked off one by one allow the enemy team to push with ease. Roughly around three snipers/three spies/ three engineers/three scouts/ in every server which most of the time are jack ♥♥♥♥ at the game. Most pyros don't know what an airblast is and allow people to burn to death. Most soldiers with backpacks go off on their own and use it at all for their team. Eveyone is only after kills and not objectives.

Loadouts/cheap weapons

Mostly every class I see has the same wepon or loadout that is completely annoying and most of the time have no team value.

The stickybomb launcher
This thing is a defensive weapon that creates area denial or to get to high places for an advantage and yet people use it kill people. All you have to do is just left click as much stickybombs as you want and then right click to get kills. Most of the time you only get one and then get killed.

The degreaser and axetinguisher

This loadout is very dumb. It can kill six of the nine classes with ease by just shooting out a little flame and then whacking someone with a crit. If they don't die from the crit, they die from afterburn.

The shield demo/demoknight

Since you have high resistance to almost everything, you can just charge in balls deep into the eny and kill people then just charge away.

The Sydney sleeper/Machina

Body shots galore.

The Black box/concheror

All you have to do is spam rockets and you won't die. If you're low on health, you can just sit in a corner and spam rockets until you're full health again.

The enforcer/Deadringer/Spycicle

The Deadringer and Spycicle is just a noob's get out of jail free card and the enforcer encourages spies to not even be stealthy.

Customization

There are tons of different hats and miscs to use, then why does everyone se the same thing? I get that some hats are cooler than others, but they become so overused it becomes just sad. I see the anger on almost every 'pro' sniper or the Team captain on heavies or soldiers. If these hats are defined as hats that 'pros' wear then its just embarassing.

I love this game a lot but come on, I haven't seen any game become so cheap so quickly.
