I try putting it in the suggested folders, I try reconfiguring the folders, oh and the skins are from gamebanana.com. this is a list of the skins:

3. quick-fix reskin and backpack (I'll provide the link for this one since it isn't too specific: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/119395 backpack: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/119394
4. eternal reward with darkened hilt and higher quality gems in previously stated handle (again a little too non-specific it's this one: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/103197
5. Le Fantôme a dead ringer reskin with a skeleton watch-like quality: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/113925

7. team colored manmelter, the name explains everything
8. Arberdeen armament, a splendid screen reskin that makes the sheild a gauntlet fit for a demolitions expert of the middle ages: http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/119518

um, no the first option usually works, and I followed the readme.txt to exact detail. why? should I have put it in the other one?

Older mods are tricky to install, my method is to install a normal Solemn Vow mod, then replace the files with the Solemn Spy mod, then do the same process to the rest.

ah thanks darkanine, and to the mods being conflicting, I would have to wonder why because they're all different weapons.
