Rocket launcher is OP
who here thinks the soldiers stock launcher is OP?

Definitly not me. The rocket launcher was fine since day one. The soldier is in my opinion the most balanced class ever. Bulky 200HP, relatively slow walkspeed, tradable mobility for HP, good damage output, good sidearm, but not too strong. An all-rounder.

The one who says that the Rocket Launcher is OP is probably a main Sniper.

Not that easy when the solly is up close (or to simplify: if he is bombing you with a rocketjump barrage)

It's not OP. Keep a soldier far enough where you have time to strafe out of the way and you shouldn't have a problem. For those moments/ classes you can't, there are effective counters. If a soldier gets close to you, you deserve the impending death.

If you can't check around corners, listen for rockets, and/or use airblasting (for pyros) properly, you deserve it.

at close range it doesnt matter what class you are, without a bunch of luck or a rocket launcher of your own, you're as good as dead. It's easy to use, easy to kill with, and counters everything. Do not decieve yourself

at a range, the soldier is weak though

Rockets arent terribly OP, but they are very easy, and unless your playing with TLR i dont see a reason to complain about solly.
