+100% damage

-75% rockets in clip
-Only 5 rockets in storage
-300% reload speed.
-50% speed when reloading
-Massive Recoil when fired.
-Staying by a dispenser with this weapon out will blow you up.

It would be a ripped off american artillery cannon (like a smaller version of a tank's cannon)
makes a massive explosion sound when fired and hit.

The reload animation would be the soldier trying to stuff the giant rocket into the gun, and finally succeeding.

First of all; seems gimmicky and generally quite useless.
Secondly; -100% damage would mean it doesn't do any damage at all.

Artillery should be demoman's thing.. or at least give the rocket a way to be effected by gravity.

Some modified x10 servers have it so that the stock rocket launcher has 1 shot per clip and very slow projectiles, but it does around 500 damage.
