Team Fortress 2
Phishing must be stopped!
Very recently, I was phished. Their ruse ended up failing when a few flares went off in my head, so I was able to protect my account in time. Some people simply don't know about phishing, or that it is even a phishing scam. Many accounts are stolen everyday by these cold, heartless things we are supposed to call people. If it weren't for my knowledge on phishing, I could have been one of those bots that just added you!

I am sick of them. Sick of the phishers! It is now time for us, as a community, to fight back! I have proposed a plan that I came up with the other day; Whenever you see a phisher, check their Backpack. Find out where their items are going. Backpack.tf is a great tool for this. As one guy sitting behind his computer, I am almost useless! But together, we are strong. I have officially launched this unofficial quest to end all phishing!

Goals:
- Amass People to help the cause
- Pinpoint key accounts that are used for phishing
- Find the main accounts of phishers
- Find the root cause of phishing
- Phishing eliminated

I make it sound easy, and if we all work together to solve this, it will be! Let's fight back, and destroy them!

Before you say it can't be done, save yourself from posting. It can be done. Don't put troll posts here, it's not worth your time. I want people that are dedicated to stopping the phishers, once and for all!

Every time I bump my unusual trade on outpost, 1-2 phishers add me. I have reported all 7 that have done this, thankfully, and I will continue to do so.

Right now, ive got an invite. His name was "HUGE ASS", he posted: My friend has problems with adding you (steam error) please add him: ...steamcomuity/goodtrader22.com link.....I feel sorry for anyone who fell for this. -_-

It never ceases to amaze me with how dumb people are. You'd think with Computers being out for as long as they have, people would finally have some intelligence about what links are dangerous. I wish I could feel sorry for those dumb enough. Keyword, Wish.

Steam-punk Corn farmers are wondering why their SteamCornmunity website isn't taking off like they'd hoped it would :extrastrongcoffee:
