To those that moan about being kicked from MvM for "No" reason, please read:

I am quite frankly sick to death of hearing people on this forum and in the game it's self complaining and whinning about how they just got kicked from MvM for no apparent reason.

I have over 130+ combined MvM tours and myself and my team often find ourselfs having to play occasionly with a random player, most are fine but every now and then the random will have 0 tours, they choose a class already taken then moan when asked to change. When they change there loadout is all wrong and when advised what load out will be the best for the TEAM (as thats what mvm is all about) they moan and cry and say 99% of the time "Its up to me what loadout i choose!"

Now this is fine and it is indeed upto them what load out they choose, but dont winge and cry when your booted!!

MvM is a Team game/challenge, there is no space or room for selfishness, its about working together as a unit. So if you are reading this and you are one of "those" that constantly get booted from MvM just ask your self, do you choose a loadout and class that helps the team or are you a selfish only think of your self type a player?

I for one always offer advice and tips to help any player on my team, but draw the line at those that think its fine to be what ever class and what ever loadout they wish to use, these types will continue to be kicked.

i agree with this even though i only have 1 Tour (On that tour a kid got made when we told hiim not to use soda pooper) I listen to my team. If they want me to change, ill change.

Fair play mate and thats why you should never get kicked, how many tours you have should make no difference to you getting kicked or not, i have played with many 0 tour players who are amazing!

With 140 expert tours recorded (With easily another 100 where I just recycled my ticket not to use it) and a weapon with most classes having 1000s upon 1000s of recorded kills, I can atest to this.

Far too often if my team needs to pick up a random player, we end up having to kick a bunch before one of them listens. Nothing is more annoying then having a 1 tour noob who decides he's going to do what he pleases. As much as it's not difficult to carry 3-4 players on Expert (Since heavy's projectile deflection is stupidly OP now), I know myself and many other experienced players won't put up with that.

Boot camp is where you want to go if you're not ready to take MvM seriously.

100% agree with this, sometimes if playing with a random you can spend 30 mins kicking player after player who wont fall in-line with the rest of the team, now valve have changed the wait time to kick it has just fed these trolls imo and causes far more teams to quit as they cant be bothered waiting.

He refused to change and told me I'm a horrible sniper, after proceeding to say I'm using the wrong weapon (Was using Machina. I know plenty of snipers who use it effectively). I was around 110 tours at the time, with everyone else in the party being anywhere between 90 up to 180.

If you're an ass to the team and go flaming others just because you have a high amount of tours, you deserve to be kicked just like that 0 tour noob telling you they're playing this class and that's it.

I agree with all the above!
I think bootcamp should be compulsery, i also think players who consistenly get kicked time after time should be banned for a limited time. I only know of mvm trolls that get kicked time and time again so innocent players would not get affected imo :)

I completely agree that you should kick people who are not contributing to the team. But I must say that kicking people is used for all the wrong reasons. Sorry to offened but I like sniping in MVM I joined a server with 5 people; an Engie, a Heavy, a Soldier, a Scout and a Medic. I see that I got lucky that noone already choose Demo or Sniper so I choose that. Than withing 3 second 3 of the 5 poeple begin offending me in (voice) chat saying that I need at least 30 tours before they trust me and kick me without any try at all. Other times I see people Blaming Spys when a Scout gets through with the bomb while he's doing great and getting all the money (When there was ofcource no scout present). Or people being kicked just because they do not have more than 10 tours. I understand that kicking s important but I know some people and I think that yes people should complain for this and this only ^^ Thanks for reading.
