Vaccinator Underpowered
I love the vaccinator, a counter to those whiny sniper mains and a way for you to pocket someone and prevent damage, but the overheal penalty just kills it for me, it takes forever to keep your pocket overhealed, also the passive health you get from the damage taken by your pocket is too little scale up the constant resistance to 15 to 20% so you actually notic the health effect and remove the overheal penalty, you already cant destroy well defended areas or push past multiple damage types at once with this medigun.

A good Medic with a good pocket know when to retreat to build up some health. And besides. it can provide 75% resistance for 2 seconds every 25 ubercharge points. And the ubercharge builds more quickly. It takes literally 3 seconds to build up the first 25% And whena medic knows how to use it. A pocketed heavy who actualy knows what he's doing can easily roll and entire team.
They have to change so a crit doesn't deplete and cancel the ubercharge.
