Can't connect to TF2 server

Hello,

This whole thing requires a bit of explanation, so read everything. So a few months back I made a Team Fortress 2 dedicated server. It worked perfectly fine, and I even invited friends who could join. But I travel frequently to New York and Pennsylvania, so I obviously have a different router and stuff at both places. The server I made was while I was in Ny, and when I go to Pa and start it, it never works. But I can, however, run different kinds of servers while I am there. And yes, I DO have my ports bound for the TF2 server, that is not the problem. So I'm wondering if it has something to do with the different routers possibly? I cannot figure it out....

I would appreciate any suggestions how to fix this. Thanks!
