It is fine as it is. It is in NO WAY a direct upgrade to stock (and in many ways, it can be counted as a direct downgrade) so it really does not need a nerf in any way.

Just stop whining; if Valve thought it was overpowered, they'd nerf it. WHICH THEY ALREADY DID.
Least they can do is buff the atomizer to remove the -10 hp on third jump.
That, or make it OP by inverting the slower firing speed and weapon damage, while making the -10 hp the only real downside.
