cow mangler ''buff''
i love the cow mangler and i think alot of people are underestimating it
so i though a small buff might help it to get mor used
these are the buff i came up with

-cannot crit, but if a kritzkrieg medic ubercharges you gain mini-crits
+ only 20%slow down while charging ( is ~50 now)

No random critical hits, Deals only 20% damage to buildings, Cannot be crit boosted. At least it used to have 5 rockets per clip before it got nerfed, which I was perfectly fine with even though it had the microscopic +5% reload time and -10% damage.

It's penalty is against buildings but so is it's plus-side.

Just change the 'cannot be crit boosted' to 'minicrits whenever it would normally crit'.

I think it's already fine (but I also thought the previous version was fine). But I suppose "minicrit when it should crit" wouldn't hurt.

I've got a better buff.. Remove disable, raise the damage-to-buildings up to 80ish, change minicrits into crits, and give it a meter that charges depends on damage done.

..or i don't know, just something to make it more usefull, because that mini-crit charge is just ♥♥♥♥ for 4 rockets when you can just get better effects with buff banner or when people could just get random crits, or the buildings damage.. And that is it..

Doesn't it already mini-crit if it's crit boosted? Atleast that's how Crit canteens affect it in MvM.

As far as i know it doesn't have any effect with kritzkrieg, and i never used canteens for mvm..

Cow Mangler cannot be crit-boosted in any way, but it CAN be mini-crit-boosted.

except there is no such strangifier that works on manglers. only pomsom
