Sniper Rifle Scope

Hi guys.
I saw a skin for AWP that you can see the game by the scope (when you are not using the scope)
Can somebody make a skin to any sniper rifle that i can see by my scope to where im aiming without scoping?

FYI, you can only get headshots while scoped.
