Can't rebind spy's disguise menu keys?

I play lefty so I have my movement keys over on the right side. I've moved my weapon category keys over there too. The problem is, once I bring up the disguise menu, I still have to use the default number keys to choose a disguise and I can't easily reach them. Is there a way to rebind those keys over to where I moved the weapon category ones?

When playing engineer his build and destroy menus work just fine on my reassigned keys. I don't understand why spy's are stuck at default.
