There is no fun fighting any of these as they are easy to use, but hard to deal with.

Sticky Bombs:
Shoot stickies in general direction of enemy, detonate, profit! That's how this thing works, needs neither aim or skill, but does the most damage. Really, why give the weapon with most control the most damage (crit does 300+ damage) and highest ammo count (of a weapon with reload)?
Fun and easy to use, hard to deal with.

Degreaser:
Shoot fire for a split second to get guaranteed crit with Flare Gun or Axtinguisher. Before you even know you are on fire you get killed in one hit. The fast weapon switch practically means the Pyro can use all 3 weapons at once. The only safe way to avoid this is being Pyro yourself. Also the damage penalty to fire is completly pointless as nobody who uses it uses the fire for damage.
Fun to use as you can choose weapons faster that everyone, no fun to get killed by.

Mini-Sentry:
A small target that never misses a shot that is built in a very short time. Many times these things come out of nowhere and before you even realize what is shooting you and from where, you are dead or badly injured as they have quite an impressive range for these small things, and they shoot very fast.
Simply annoying.

Out of all the weapons, really?

The only one I agree is the pyro part but it's not really just about Degreaser but Axtinguisher and Flare Gun crit mechanics. All in all puff'n'sting does seem like something that wasn't exactly planned to be used as it is but you'll never know. You could see Degreaser's bonus as something that hints the opposite so it might just be Valves interpretation of "fair".

I don't have any issues with the Sticky Launcher, though a Sticky Spammer with a kritz up his ♥♥♥ is certainly annoying.

The Degreaser is right on.

The Mini Sentry, while annoying, can be dealt with. It could use a range nerf, though. It's like 1/5 the size of a normal sentry, so why does it have the same range?

I excuse myself for any mistakes.

Offensive stickies: Stay out of the dead zone (mid range combat) and you´re good. if he charges at you Stay with your team. If your team fails to kill a demo and his medic then you´re doing something wrong.

Degreaser: Stay out of range simple as that. If you let a pyro close in you deserve to be fraged similar to letting a spy behind you.(both kills you in one hit so don´t complain)

Mini sentry: 2 rockets, Scattergun shots, shotgun shots, or 1 directhit(The reason why i don´t hate them no more) or lochnload will deal with them before they can even be built. And if they are already built you can stay out of range and shoot or try to get behind it and deal with it.

Also on an important side note do remember that certain classes counter other classes so if you´re scout And there is a mini sentry: Get someone to deal with it.
Pyro: Stay with someone who can counter him quickly
Stickies: Stay appart atack from as many sides as you can Or distract him.

Don't bring the flare in. It doesn't even one-shot any class, and it's basically does the same crit-damage as a base-damage rocket.. The Axtinguisher is way worse than that and doesn't give alot of classes a chance compared to the flare

So, you are pretty much saying that Pyros and Sticky spammers require two people to counter reliably.
Where is the balance in that? Hm?

Try to counter a good engineer yourself. Emphasies on a ´good´ engineer. You will figure out that in a 1v1 scenario you won´t come far.
Also the one thing to bear in mind at all times this game is called Team fortress for a reason so requiring more then one dud is acebtable.

OK uh, counter for these weapons.

The Tank Buster set vs mini sentries, the banner grants you more health and gives you a 50% sentry resistance. Black box gives you back +15 HP on each player hit. Kill the two mini sentries, then the engineer especially with rage, but it's a waste to use the rage if you're good enough.

Scout, sniper, demoman, heavy, and engineer are really good at killing these pyros.
They use their flare guns in close range so as a scout, you can double jump after being air blasted to get out of there, and out run the pyro and gun him down. Sniper is a long range class already, primarily a defense class so he can be covered by the engineer.
The engineer, need I explain?
The demoman, stock demomen can take these guys down with ease.
They can spam grenades with their stickies armed to blow the pyro up as long as it is all not in one spot. Works especially well when baiting the pyro through a doorway.
Also, Chargin' Targe is easily obtainable so use that aswell.

The heavy can kill pyros easily with the mini gun, and can heal with the dakohlo's bar or sandvich, an achievement item. Plus if they don't have either equipped, they already have an abundant amount of health. Worse a pyro can do is leave the heavy down to 246 HP.

People are also complaining about the black box now? What's next, blame the stock launcher for having 4 rockets and normal dmg? _
