The "Roger's Ranger" Sniper Rifle
I had an idea for a "Colonial Marksman" pack for sniper. Slogan- "You never have to rely on anyone if you never miss"

PRIMARY-

"Roger's Ranger" - a flintlock kentucky long rifle with modern leopold scope

Pros- +10% damage to Moving/jumping Targets
+ penetrates enemies on full charge

Downsides- -10% damage to still targets (except on headshot)
-20% damage on bodyshots (except on moving/jumping enemies)
-If you miss a shot, you are marked for death for 5 secs

Neutrals- Same damage and performance as stock sniper rifle in all aspects not addressed in above description

SECONDARY- couldnt think of one so give me ideas

MELEE-

"Tasmanian Tomahawk" - a steel head tomahawk with the head of a lagana VTAC tomahawk and a wooden handle

Pros- +20% damage while active
+10% movement speed while active

Cons- +50% vulnerability to melee damage while active
+10% vulnerability to explosives while active
+10% vulnerability to bullet damage while active


HAT- "The Pilgrim's Precision"- a tricorn hat

Overpowered. Bonus damage vs. anybody that is moving => bonus damage on anybody that is not a complete n00b. The penalty on non-headshot still targets is a pathetically small downside for this.

+10% movement alone is huge. The Powerjack makes you take +20% from ALL damage types, for +15% move and no damage bonus. Vulnerability to melee weapons on a fast light class is a joke, because they shouldn't be hitting you anyway and it doesn't change the number of hits to kill you at all.

what about now? I furthered the "Never miss" aspect of it
