Since 2013 was the year of no new weapons in TF2, I thought we should start out fresh with new Rayguns, rate up so it can happen, also, what Raygun type weapons would you like to see in the future.

Well, WETA doesn't have too much connection with TF2 anymore. And all of its real life models of the weapons are out of production. (Except some old Righteous Bisons in New Zealand and the UK.)

Scout has more weapons than a majority of any other classes. :p

I honestly hope there aren't any. All of the Grordborts weapons are gimmicky and/or OP as hell garbage. The Phlog is a brilliant instantiation of cartoon trope (cartoonish reversal from a low-health pyro with no airblast to a death-broom swinging crit monster), but is limited to that joke (when you use the phlog you commit to being a comedian, not effective). The Pomson is OP spam garbage, the Bison is OP spam garbage (only relatively unused because all of Soldiers other unlockable secondaries are similarly ridiculously great), the Cow Mangler spent most of its life as OP spam garbage. I have little doubt any new Grordbort weapons would be in the same vein, stat-wise, because apparently to valve retrofuture scifi = ridiculous laser spam (they may not be wrong, but still not a fun addition to the game).

I do wish scout had a rocketeer helmet to go with the flapjack (not that hideous thing, though), and the medic goggles are cool.

I agree! It's been so long, it would be nice to get more Grordbort goodies, especially the stuff for the Medic and the Scout!

TF2 is still a great game, but as of late it seems Valve is giving it a little less love. :(
