Short Circuit Issue + Missing Particles with CM500 and RR

Every time I shoot the Short Circuit... I crash. Not even halflife2.exe crash... I just end up back at my destop with the game closing upon me shooting the weapon once. This happens only on other servers. If I make my own personal server or do offline practice, I do not crash when I use the thing. It's annoying... but not an absolutely vital I find a fix for this as I do not use this thing. In fact I would want to fix that missing particle issue I have with the Cow Mangler and Rescue Ranger more than that issue with the Short Circuit. You know... red X's when they weapon's alt fires are used.

Notes: This started happening after I got Chris' TF2 config because before I got the config I could use the thing to my heart's content. Also I think when other people use it I do not crash. I say I think because I only really had one user use the thing while I was nearby and nothing happened.

Did you verify your game cache? You might be missing its particle files.

I know what is causing the issue. As it works on every single server except the one I most commonly play. The plugins it runs screws with the particle files of the Machina, Short Circuit, Cow-Mangler secondary fire, Rescue Ranger secondary fire, and Halloween only effects on weapons.
