I have a professional killstreak weapon but I can't see the effects that you get after a couple of kills, I can only see the sheen effect, but not the eye effect, is this a bug? Because other people can see my effects including the eye effect.

Well when I read "a couple kills", my thinking was you were just getting around 2 kills that's why I said that.

What graphics settings are you running at and what's your directx level? I'm not entirely sure but they may be absent on lower settings.

Try typing record demo in the console, it usually works for me

If other people can see it, then it's working as intended.

Try taunting, see if you have the eye effect.
