There are killstreak apoco fists and sharp dressers, they are promo items just like the AWP, but there is no kit/fab drop for it. It's kinda wierd....

Well the apoco fists are basically fists and the SD is just a knife, but it still has seperate kits. So no.....

Well, I suppose it's more of a resuscitation than a necro.
Yes, in the last patch, along with several other Promo kits, AWPer Killstreaks were added. Shields and Boots were also re-added.

The awp, lugermorph, and black rose kits arent working as of now. In the next update they might fix that. (Minor update, not an event)
