Choppy/Jittery High FPS Gameplay

So as of recently I've noticed that most of my Source based games namely TF2 and CS:GO run somewhat choppy. Most noticeably when I walk back and forth or strafe side to side the buildings in the background render very choppily as if it were running at 45-50 FPS when I get easily 200+ FPS at all times.

I've tried limmiting my framerate and turning on a lot of different V-sync options in and out of game. Does anyone else experience this? Does anyone know a fix? Is Source just so outdated that it runs like ♥♥♥♥ on any PC? Any help/replies would be super appreciated!!

It helps a little bit, but it's still noticeable. It's not really worth running motion blur anyway, it's more distracting to gameplay than the choppiness.
