Cannot trade?

Hello! I am playing TF2 right now, I bought the GIFTAPULT to become premium and be able to trade. But I can't trade. I got 35 hs. of playtime. But when I trade someone, the category of TF2 does not appear. Only Steam and Portal 2 items, but not this one. Anyone?

Your inventory is able to trade, but currently, either one of the following is happening:

1.) Glitch.
2.) Opposite trader lost connection to Steam.
3.) You lost connection to Steam.
4.) Steam Item Servers went down.
5.) Steam Community went down.

That happens to me all the time, sometimes my inventory loads but some items have disappeared, u just have to try again and see if it loads right the next time
