Flame sprite mods not working.

I've got a neat mod that makes the flamethrower fire sprite a lot better, but today it hasn't been working.

Any suggestions?

Has it worked before? If so you may have just been playing on a server that doesn't allow custom content.

I've tested it on a server that I created, so all other mods worked correctly.

It is indeed a vpk file.

Hmm, I'm not sure then. I'd say otherwise if it was a folder, but VPKs are pretty straight forward. Could you provide a link? I can try to test it out myself.

This is directly from the page. The problem may just be the mod is outdated and a recent update may have broke it.
