Is conga taunt dropping?

I saw a lot of videos of users with the conga taunt. Even f2p, with their famous gibus. Am i going crazy. If its only purchaseable, do you think the tf2ouptost sellers will lower? Please leave your comments below, and feel free to express what you think

If I remember correctly, it is purchasable and uncratable in one of the new crates. Not sure if it drops, though.

Anyone can join in on a Conga by taunting, even if they don't have the conga taunt. Some people even get entire servers to do it.
