I believe they have no idea something like that even exists. CoD got away with it.

Nope. It would break the game. The classes aren't changing, well, there aren't going to be any new ones. It would destory balance. The classes will change, their roles won't. The whole idea around the Guard Dog is speed, mobility and support. Those could easily be implemented into the Scout.
