mini-sentry spam
I have unlocked the gunslinger due to completion of enginer milestone 2. HOW DO U SEND ALL THE MINI-SENTRYS OUT?!

First you equip it, then you build a Sentry.
One does not simply mini-sentry spam.

basiclly people think there's a million of them because they leave the engineer creating them alive, basiclly your sentry must die before you create another
I have seen multiple videos with mulitiple mini-sentries out and made by the same engie. was there a nerf or something?

Probably on some Saigns servers or whatever those were called.But no,you can't build multiple ones.

If you are willing to sacrifice good sentries for more overheal and max HP.
you use it to build faster and use it for area control on the frontlines, thus letting you build a dispenser closer to your allies and keep your teleport upgraded.

The gunslinger is one of the literal definitions of OP to some people.
Minisentry kills scouts really well.

If you are willing to sacrifice good sentries for more overheal and max HP.
it's not just that, they build faster and require less metal, instead of 120 only 100 metal. not only that but the knock back is as much as a lvl 2, if not lvl 3 sentry gun. they are so tiny and small that spies dont bother with them. they are not going to risk dying zapping a mini sentry that can be taken out in 2 hits by a rocket or 5 bullets from any automatic weapon (like the mingun or smg) and just ignore them. This is the same idealogy for other classes such as heavies and snipers. they can be easily hidden and used for suprise ambushes against offensive classes such as pyros, and especially scouts. plus, with the mini sentry you can help out your fellow engbros instead of being stingy with your metal. Or likewise, place it behind them as an alarm. chances are the enemy team will take it out before the other engy buildings. This works best especially in Capture the flag (briefcase). It is best used for an offensive/support engy rather than a defensive engy.

I agree with it except for the knockback, with its increased firing speed it's just below a level 2 in knockback. (also if a spy has RTR he should bother with it to limit the engineer)

You have changed my outlook on the gunslinger. thank you.
It's not particularly strong, but it's about spamming and being a pain-in-the-ass forcing others to play whack-a-mole -- the opposing soldiers and demos know they've not achieved very much at all when they take down a mini since another can go up shortly after.

Best maps on which to be a jerk with the Gunslinger --

- Hightower, since it's often seen a trolldiering map and minis will frustrate jumpers
- Doomsday, due to map size + how much of the fight is predictably near the center + ability to cover the whole relevant area with a mini
- most KOTH maps other than maybe Lakeside (where the best place is probably in the room with the medkit)
