Not Tradeable items,How to change them to tradeable?

I have a few not tradeable items in my inventory. Going through the forums I found out that I have to change my account to Premium.Which I did by buying something from the mann co store for 7 cents.I also got a notification that my account is premium now.My items are still not tradeable.Why?

I guess I mean marketable. How can I sell items on the steam market? Are they just not marketable by default...?

Oh I see.On the other hand, through the item wiki,I can see certain prices for items I also have but cant sell them. How is this possible?

those prices are just for if you get them through the mann co store, not if you sell them. For weapons what can be sold, festives, stranges, botkillers, killstreaks, and australium, there's probably a few more but those I can name right off the bat.

I remember what I forgot, vintage, those are marketable too, I think that's it though. and no problem.
