Change it to 5% more damage on crit, otherwise it would be too good for just smaking people in no-crit servers.

It makes it easier to 1 hit kill soldiers, I agree with the other guy. 5% extra damage on crit.

Meh,
most times the soldier will have less than 195 hp, and if he is at full health and a rocket launcher, he may blow himself up from surprisment.
