If there were a boss, people would kill the people trying to kill the boss. Happened the entire time last year when they re-released the lakeside event. Just people abusing the crits meant to kill Merasmus but was used to kill the other team.

That's never been an issue for me.

Just because it didn't happen to you does not mean the problem is not there. People won't work together to kill bosses anymore and will just kill any poor guy trying to. I wish it was the other way around where the killing the bosses was more common than the killing of other players when the boss arrives.

Not to mention the people who turn all tryhard and excuse it by saying "I'm just playing the game! Woah, kicking me for playing the game, garsh!"

No, what we need is an HHH style boss. One that's there to mindlessly kill everyone and does not need both teams to work together to kill it. It can either be a hinderance or a help, depending on who the boss is currently slaughtering.

The Ace42s get their objectives, the boss lovers get their bosses. It's a win win.
Though I may be a bit bias since I always had a soft spot for the HHH's mechanics.
