vampire stake for spy

I have an idea for a tf2 spy knife. I don't know how to create or market it, so I was wondering if someone would do it for me. all I ask is some credit for it's creation. The actual knife would be a would wooden stake, and when you get a kill, you get 25% more max invis watch time. The downside would be that you couldn't go invis untill you get a kill, and invis time dosn't regen untill you get a kill, witch will result in you getting full invis, plus the extra 25% of time.
