Well do it on the trading subforum. If you read the pinned post you'll know what could happen to this post, and just go on TF2Outpost or some other external trading website if you really need specific people to buy from.

Tf2outpost? What's that?

External website for exchanging Steam Inventory. Works fairly well, I've used it to buy a Air Strike and my cousin has used it to sell and buy a couple of items.
