Team Fortress 2

Team Fortress 2

New miss pauling or old miss pauling?
The expiration date update came out a while ago and I've been pondering the question on wheter the appearance and attitude of the new Miss Pauling was arguably better than the old one.

In the event that you HAVENT seen the expiration date video and the "new" Miss Pauling, here is a video.

IMO (in my opinion) The new Miss Pualing is the better one, because it feels as if she's more ac tive instead of that girl with the clipboard who just stands there all the time and does nothing.
She's involved in the action, there at the aftermath and cleaning it up, cleaning it up instead of just being the "announcer's assistant.

If you are unfamilar with the lore of Team Fortress 2 and wish to paricipate in these conversations, please catch up by using all the comics on this website.
You can also use these to cite evidence in your discussion if we're talking about something that REQUIRES evidence.

I don't see much difference between any "new" and "old", tbh.
Seriosuly? She has a squarer jaw in the comics. Her eyes are small. And she wears more restrictive clothing. In Expiration Date she has a softer look, her eyes are bright and pretty, and has a different hairstyle.

To prove my point.

Seriously, where was announcer?!
I agree. I like them both combined though, and I like how Vavle didn't screw it up.

The Announcer has left, but it is not specified where.
that's a good point..
Valve DIDNT screw it up
and it IS combined..

She's there in the aftermath, so not intirely in the action, but still gets a little bit of it..
I didn't realise that before, thanks for bringing that into the light.

P.S. Sorry for the bad grammar ;c

Hopefully when the new comic comes out, she'll finally be revealed as to her location.

Isn't the TF2 lore so interesting?
Yis :3 I love how they have so much lore and theories, just like the portal series.

Yes,quite so!
On the subject of lore, how do you think the Team Fortress Classic team would fit in the lore?
How do they even exist?
Isn't Team Fortress 2 set in a 90's time and there's modern millitary guys before the 90's guys? That doesn't make much sense.

In the catch-up comic,I'm pretty sure Saxton Hale called the 70s "today".
Also,FINALLY an interesting thread.

Either way, even if TF2 is set in 1968, why would modern millitary.. err.. peoples.. be there?
