They need to ban vote scrambles half way through the round

The voting system itself could use work.

I'm guilty of immediately pressing F2 on votekicks if I haven't been explicitly told why. Are they idle? I don't know and I can't check, get it off my screen!

Scrambles mid-round are annoying, but I can't blame the people who just press F1 without really reading it.

An idea I had for vote kick is like a little mini screen that comes up by the vote f1/f2 menu thing that spectates the player that is being votekicked. So you can see whether or not they're idle or cheating.

Scrambles should be disabled if the team initiating it has no Medics, and more than one Sniper or Spy.

That's a neat idea, really. I always hit F2 unless I know who's being kicked and why.
