Every class requires aim except the Engineer's Sentry, and even that can be manually aimed with an unlock weapon.

To explain further, for the Soldier, a player who utilizes splash damage has to "aim" towards the ground near an enemy whilst not straying too far from the target. This is further supported by the existence of the Direct Hit which encourages accurate aiming to hit one's enemies without depending on splash damage.
Likewise, the Engineer also makes use of the concept of aiming in hostile encounters as well in situations where "spy checking" is practiced. A player will make use of his primary weapon to shoot suspicious teammates, heal buildings (Rescue Ranger), as well as damaging enemies when the situation calls for it.
But beyond that, as I've stated earlier, my outlook is that while some of the classes may not focus much at aiming, it still plays a role in every situation regardless of the intention of a class. After all, each of the nine classes has at least one weapon that is either projectile-based, or "hitscan-based" which requires a degree of aiming to make use of such weapons. But other than that, this is simply my thoughts in regards to the topic at hand.
