What Can Drops Give?

I've never gotten anything but weapons. I'm not f2p, and I saw a person find a taunt before. Can you get stuff other than weapons from drops?

You can find weapons, paints, hats, cosmetics, and taunts from drops.

Taunts, Hats, Weapons, and most Tools can be dropped. I got lucky and found a Rancho Relaxo a couple days after it came out, I still have it :D

400h here, got only weapons and maybe three 1.33ref miscs. i had two other f2p accounts before that, both found paint in the first 10h. the drop system really is a ♥♥♥♥♥.

I'm a P2P and have been playing for almost 2 years now and have only ever found weapons, never anything else. Either my luck really sucks or there is something wrong with my account (highly unlikely). Recently while in a skype call with 4 of my friends over a week they had recieved at least 2 cosmetics each, and thats only in one week when they have found tons of cosmetics over the almost 2 years they have all played. I have recieved no cosmetics what-so-ever and nothing even remotely special and have had only weapon drops (awful weapons might I say).
Can anyone shed some light on this?

You don't "Find" genuine hats. You need to own a game or pre-order it to get a genuine, other methods are available.

You'll mostly get only items.paints, hats, and taunts are far rarer
