Tide Turner thoughts?

I personally believe this weapon is unblalanced. There are no negative perks to using this. Seriously, there isn't a single red perk to this wep's desc. What do you guys think?

Getting rid of a weapon for another weapon isnt a perk of the second weapon. That is called choosing a weapon.

To make the boots more viable (it's useless right now), change its stats to this:
Ali Baba's Wee Booties
If a shield item is equipped:
+25 max health on wearer
+10% move speed on wearer
Kills while charging refill 100% of your charge meter

And also change the Tide Turner's stats to this (remove the 100% charge on kill):
The Tide Turner
+25% fire damage resistance on wearer
+25% explosive damage resistance on wearer
Full turning control while charging

Problem solved, no more madbads whining.

must be why i can jump a med, double pill him and ctap surf a rocket out, but the tt demo that was next to the med can charge around the 3 corners i airstrafed past and instakill me

The TT is pretty broken. Being able to just outright charge around a very sharp corner is cheap, or doing all sorts of ♥♥♥♥ so it's harder to hit you while charging.
