Valve tries to inplement it but it didn't work out.
They can't replace the sentry, and replacing 'spencer or tele would make you less supportive to the team.

they don't need to remove anything, all they have to do is add a slot for it. That's it

I mean add a slot for it in the dispenser construction area. You know when you swap out weapons for another one? Well, think about it like that, but with the buildings types.
