Assist kills for picking up dropped weapons

If you die and someone picks up your weapon should it show in the killfeed as an assist? Of course you wouldnt get extra points because then whoever buys the most expensive items gets more points.

Eh. It's an interesting idea but would probably cause more problems than solutions. For example, what if someone leaves the game after somebody picks up their weapon? What then?

assists in the killfeed are for relaying information about what's happening ingame
not for flooding with meaningless gunk from the system they copypasted off of csgo to sell more skins

Kind of pointless honestly... It would just over complicate the system over all.
