Controller Issues

I'm probably not the only one who's having this problem, but has anyone been having trouble trying to use any controller compatible with TF2 ever since the Jungle Inferno/Pyro update hit? no matter what i try to use (i.e. an Xbox 360 controller, Xbox One controller, and Steam controller) the game doesn't respond to any of the inputs i put in. I've gone to options and reconnecting my controllers back in and resetting the options, but everytime it shows buttons that aren't even on them at all. All i need to say is that if Valve is still working on hotfixing the game with it's numerous bugs present at the moment, I hope that this is one of the problems that gets taken care of soon, cause if not, I downloaded this update for nothing.
