Auto Balance Before a Round Starts

i know some of us (including me) dislike autobalance because you are trying so hard and then thrown to the losing team.

like csgo auto balance that only occur before each round starts, it would be better than being auto balance during in a battle, in this scenario both teams are now even in the start of the round rather than out numbered before the round starts and remove the volunteer option (because no one is going press that)

They can simply disable autobalance when last objective point is under attack/in way of cart
