Bind menu

So i want to bind a button to a menu kinda like the voice commands and put it so when i hit for example j it would bring up a menu where i could hit 1 to say in team chat "spy as scout", 2 to say "spy as soldier" and so on, any help would be appreciated.

U could just bind individual nine keys for whatever u want

i only have so many keys on my keyboard if i were to bind 9 they would be all over the place
