Been searching for comp for over 30 min.....
There is over 20 people near me and still cannot find a match.
What is going on Valve?

Matchmaking has had thos problems wor some time now. I recommend either play some practising gamemodes like MGE and DM or play on Vanilla Community servers.

Just because there's 20 people near you doesn't mean you can be matched with them.

Que during peak hours if you want faster results.

Indeed. Now I can't even find matches on casual sometimes. Waiting 10+ minutes just to get into a single match when hundreds of players are searching nearby. Only to be put into some match that ends less than a minute later because it was a spot that only freed up due to some ragequitting scrub didn't wanna stick around for the end round humilation.
