Use verticality and dont shoot where the guy is at the moment but predict were he will be when your rocket hits

Well i think that the best way to improve in tf2 pubs is to play tf2 pubs, if youre new stick with your team and the objective and you should be able to take a bit more damage

Don't dive to enemies alone as Soldier. Take them out by one and don't mess with Heavies.
