but the seller is giving me discount for this
what happen if i sell this to otehrs?
will they reject this becuase it's not clean?

Dupes doesn't matter, if the value of the hat is under 50 keys.

Those days ended a while ago, although higher tier hats will lose a lot of value simply for that rep. Essentially, not recommended if you want to re-sell it like you say you wish to. But if you decide to just buy for you, it's just free discounts.
