But seriously, since the new hub has been in place I have noticed loading times for certain worlds extend to almost ridiculously long wait times or have problems with infinite loading or "loading loops."
I'm curious why that is....
Here are some potential solutions you can try. If none of them work, please send your output log files to support@vrchat.com. Output log files can be found in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat;outputlog.txt.
Clear VRChat cache
On Windows, the vrchat cache folder is located at C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat. Delete that folder.
Clear VRChat settings (PlayerPrefs)
On Windows, open the regedit app and delete HKCU\Software\VRChat\vrchat
If the above doesn't work read on......
We are fielding all support requests via our support forums at https://vrchat.readme.io/discuss. Please create a topic on this forum with all relevant information regarding the support inquiry as our dev ops team actively monitors this forum.
If your issue requires supplying us with a VRChat output log, which can be found at C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\LocalLow\VRChat\vrchat;outputlog.txt, please email us this output log along with a link to your support topic on the above forum. Also, if you need to supply any personal information, please email that along with a link to your support topic to support@vrchat.com.
