Keeps kicking me back to desktop mid-game

For some reason, when I'm playing I click my left mouse button it keeps minimising Metro and bringing up my desktop, but I have no idea why. It's still running and sat in the taskbar, so I can go back in but a couple of minutes later I'll left click to shoot or something and it will take me back to the desktop. It's making it impossible to play. Any one else had this?

Do you have any kind of mouse enhancing software installed?

Nope, nothing running here. I did discover if I disconnect my 2nd monitor then it doesn't happen, but that's a pain to do everytime I want to play it, although that's the only fix I can seem to find.
