CRASH AT STARTUP

When I start the game, screen goes black, I hear some sound for a sec (suppose its intro sound) and then the game crashes with windows error message "Metro2033.exe has stopped working". This renders game unusable since I bought it.

Untill now I browsed for the possible solution and tried everything from deleting upk file, redownloading the game, running exe directly, changing bits with nvidia inspector etc...

I still get that 1 file is corrupt and should be redownloaded when I verify local content but it never does. I dont know how can I maybe force it. Steam doesnt give enough info which file is corrupt.

Now any ideas ??
I would really like to play this game during the vacation.

Specs:
i7 3930k
Asus P9X79 Pro
2x Asus GTX 560 in SLI
3x 23" Dell in nvidia surround portrait
