Issue since installed metro 2033, anyone has any ideas on whats going on?

Ok at first, this screen shot will look normal to everyone, but to me it aint.

The screenshot, is actually a ghost image, like some of you may know from playing halo 2 on a 360, the image of the screen is displayed over what your actually seeing, like its blocking your view while your still moving and playing. I have never encountered this before in my life while playing this game on the pc. any ideas on whats happening or how this is made? it started happening in the beginning of the game where you first fight the monsters when you reach topside, the prologue chapter. its unplayable at that point.
