To me it doesn't matter who's decision it was, it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. This is isn't the first time I have seen games taken off of Steam. Everything is corporate monopoly these days.
Exactly what happened here?
Is the game still going to work once it installs (Metro 2033. Nothing else, as far as i can tell. Bought this before it was apparently removed, still havent played it.)?
Or do I have to now buy another game, to play a game i bought already?
Sorry, never seen this happen before with any of my games. Any info would be great.
The game's removed from the Steam store, not Steam as a whole. Your game'll still work, and anyone with copies in their inventory can still trade/gift them.
As such, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
