How to build Leviathans ???

Hi, i play the LOA faction
if got everything in the engeniring tree and much else...
is the Leviathan a random tecnologie ?

You need heavy ship missiles, a heavy combat laser/impactors, advanced dreadnaught construction, turret installations and Leviathan Construction.

Hope you have enough money saved. They tend to be really expensive.

hmm somethings missing :( i´ve researched the heavy combat laser and turret installations showed up, but after that there was no leviathan construction...
i´ve got heavy combat missiles and all the other things you´ve listed
